Our monthly menus are designed with fresh ingredients and a seasonal twist. All items are meant to be frozen for up to 60 days. Please make 6, 9 or 12 selections from the list below.  You are limited to a quantity of 2 for any single entrée. If you wish to order more that 2 of a single entree there will be a $3.00 surcharge per entrée.

 
Panko Crusted Pork Chops With Cabbage And Apples (stovetop)
Handcut pork chops dredged in Japanese breadcrumbs and topped with sauteed sweet red cabbage and apples.
 
Creole Shrimp (stovetop)
Shrimp dredged in a mixture of mild Cajun spices, sautéed with penne pasta, finished with a homemade pesto cream sauce.
 

Crispy Oven Baked Chicken (oven)
Tender chicken breast dredged in a combination of herbs, spices, and our secret dredging mix, makes an oven fried chicken minus the grease.

 
Christmas Morning Breakfast Strata (oven)
A tasty combination of eggs, prosciutto ham, artichoke hearts, fresh herbs, and 3 cheeses, all layered over cubed ciabatta bread. Great for Christmas morning or even “breakfast for dinner.” **Also available in our freezer case for pick up.
 
Tamale Pie (oven)
True comfort food, Montana raised ground beef and Mexican spices topped off with a corn meal crust.
 
Minestrone Soup (stovetop)
Perfect for that easy après-ski dinner. Rigatoni pasta, ground pork, and mixed vegetables, steeped in a rich and hearty broth. Serve with our homemade garlic bread.
 
Hoisin-Marinated Tri-Tip Roast (oven)
One of our favorite cuts of beef that is marinated in Hoisin sauce and other Asian herbs and spices, slow roasted in the oven.
 

Turkey Meatballs with Indian Spices and Mango Chutney (stovetop)
Our favorite ground Hutterite Turkey blended with cumin, garam masala, and coriander. Finished with a slightly sweet mango chutney and served over a bed of basmati rice.

 
Lasagna Bolognese (oven)
The perfect oven ready dish for those nights where it’s as easy as turning on your oven. Precut lasagna noodles, 3 cheeses and our house made Bolognese sauce made with Montana raised beef, tomatoes, and fresh herbs.
 

Seared Chicken Thighs with Coconut Rice (oven)
Bone in Chicken Thighs finished with a touch of coconut milk, green peas and Basmati Rice, makes for a great one dish meal for those cool winter nights.

 
Stuffed Chicken with Chorizo (oven)
All white chicken breasts stuffed with Big Timber Meats own smoked Chorizo, topped with our house made silky red enchilada sauce.
 

Oven Baked Salmon with/ Rosemary and Lemon (oven)
Salmon baked with red onion, fresh rosemary, garlic and lemon. Super simple and super tasty. Just pop it in the oven and serve with a big green salad.
