Our monthly menus are designed with fresh ingredients and a seasonal twist. All items are meant to be frozen for up to 60 days. Please make 6, 9 or 12 selections from the list below.  You are limited to a quantity of 2 for any single entrée. If you wish to order more that 2 of a single entree there will be a $3.00 surcharge per entrée.
 
Thai Calzones (oven)
Individually sized calzones with marinated chicken, fresh carrot and our house-made peanut dipping sauce. An easy dinner option that the whole family will enjoy.
 
Turkey Meatloaf with Henry’s Catsup Crust
A fresh look at an old stand by made with extra lean Huttterite ground Turkey, sautéed onions with fresh herbs topped off with Belgrades own Henry’s catsup for an extra bit of twang.
  Sweet and Sour Chicken
All white chicken breast, red peppers, and green onion cooked with a Mandarin inspired sweet and sour sauce.
 

Cilantro-Peanut Pork Meatballs with Soy Lime Dressing and White Rice (stovetop or oven)
Big Timbers Meats ground pork mixed together with Thai red curry, fresh cilantro, shallots, and ground peanuts. Served over steamed white short grain rice and our house made soy lime dressing.

 

Kansas City Style Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Tender Montana Raised Pork, slow cooked, shreaded and finished with a Kansas City inspired tomato based barbecue sauce. Sop it up! Yum!

 

Tequila Lime Chicken (oven or grill)
A great summer recipe we have been itching to use all year. All white Chicken breasts marinated in our Sweet and sour marinade with a hint of Cuervo Gold. Ideal for outdoor grilling but just as easy baked in the oven.

 

Beef Enchiladas With Silky Red Sauce (oven)
Our version of a classic with seasoned Montana raised ground beef, pinto beans, and 3 cheeses wrapped up in flour tortillas, and capped off with our secret silky red sauce.

 

Chicken Breasts with Summer Gremolata
All white skinless breasts stuffed with lemon zest, Italian flat leaf parsley, garlic, and prosciuto, makes for a classic Italian summertime dish.

 

Pineapple Red Curry Shrimp (stovetop)
Classic Thai comfort food that has pineapple, coconut milk, sweet red curry and a hint of Thai Fish sauce, finished with fresh shrimp and Kaffir lime leaves, yum!
