Our monthly menus are designed with fresh ingredients and a seasonal twist. All items are meant to be frozen for up to 60 days. Please make 6, 9 or 12 selections from the list below.  You are limited to a quantity of 2 for any single entrée. If you wish to order more that 2 of a single entree there will be a $3.00 surcharge per entrée.

 
Jambalaya With Chicken And Andouille Sausage (stovetop)
A cajun favorite using locally made andouille sausage and white meat chicken. Make it spicy or mild depending on your family's wishes.
 

Sicilian Calzones (oven)
Montana raised Italian sausage, mozzarella, roasted red peppers and our own special marinara with carrots and zucchini cut up small so your kids won?t see them. **can be made vegetarian.

 
Sweet And Sour Turkey Meatballs (stovetop)
This is not your standard meatball. We use all natural Hutterite Ground turkey with fresh spinach, carrots and ginger. Finished with our house made sweet and sour sauce that is best served over rice.
 
Lemongrass Marinated Flank Steak With Thai Peanut Sauce

Our version of a classic with seasoned Montana raised ground beef, pinto beans, and 3 cheeses wrapped up in flour tortillas, and capped off with our secret silky red sauce. **can be made vegetarian.

Time to bust out the crock-pot once again. Montana raised boneless beef short ribs slow cooked in fresh ginger, szechuan pepper corns, star anise and a host of other spices fill your home with awesome aromas.**This can also be done in the oven in a oven safe pot with lid.
