Our monthly menus are designed with fresh ingredients and a seasonal twist. All items are meant to be frozen for up to 60 days. Please make 6, 9 or 12 selections from the list below.  You are limited to a quantity of 2 for any single entrée. If you wish to order more that 2 of a single entree there will be a $3.00 surcharge per entrée.
 
Turkey Meatballs with Indian Spices and Mango Chutney
Our favorite ground Hutterite Turkey blended with cumin, garam masala, and coriander. Finished with a slightly sweet mango chutney and served over a bed of basmati rice.
 
Szechuan BBQ Chicken (oven or grill)
Bone in Chicken pieces glazed in a tantalizing blend of Chinese sauces and vinegars with fresh green onion and cilantro. Perfect on the grill or in the oven too.
  Panang Chicken Curry (stovetop)
One of our favorite Thai recipes that has all white chicken breast, coconut milk, crushed peanuts, Kaffir lime leaves, and our sweet, not spicy, red curry.
 

Sweet and Spicy Glazed Salmon with Pineapple Sambal (oven or grill)
Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon served up with a refreshing slaw of Pineapple, Shallots, cilantro, and Asian sauces.

 
Shrimp Pad Thai (stovetop)
Fresh shrimp, Thai rice noodles, green onion and ground peanuts stir fried in a medley of spices, make this traditional Thai favorite a perfect one dish meal.
 

Dry Rubbed Flank Steak With Chimichurri (oven or grill)
All natural flank steak rubbed in a unique blend of spices that perfectly carmelizes on the grill. Finished with our house made Chimichurri that has fresh parsley, cilantro, capers, and a touch of red wine vinegar

Montana raised Italian sausage, mozzarella, roasted red peppers and and our own special marinara with carrots and zucchini cut up small so your kids won?t see them.
