Rescheduling
Policy
We
certainly
understand
that
life
gets
busy
and
schedules
change
so
if
you
need
to
reschudule
please
give
us
a
5
day
notice
if
you
are
unable
to
attend. If
possible,
the
store
will
work
with
you
to
reschedule
your
session
within
one
week
of
your original
session
date
without
re-stocking
fees.

Terms
and Conditions
1.
If you
have,
or have
been
exposed
to any
contagious
cold,
flu,
etc,
please
reschedule
your
session.
2.
Please freeze
your meals
promptly
following
the conclusion
an assembling
session.
4.
I assume full
responsibility
for the transportation
and proper
storage of
all of my
Prefix Dinner
Studio meals.
5.
Please follow
the cooking/baking
instructions
specified
on all meals.
6. Keep
all dinners
below 40ºF
while in storage
and heat all
dinners to
an internal
temperature
above 145ºF
for Steak,
155ºF
for fish or
ground beef
and 165ºF
for poultry
when ready
to eat.
7.
I agree to
release Prefix
Dinner Studio
from all claims,
damages and
causes of action
or liabilities
which may arise
as a result
of my preparation,
storage and
consumption
of Prefix Dinner
Studio meals,
except if solely
due to the
gross negligence
of Prefix Dinner
Studio.

bring
a
cooler
to
transport
your
meals
home.
